I enjoyed the lakeside location, continental breakfast, very warm pool surrounded by snow and hot tub, helpful staff.
The room and microwave in the breakfast area could have been cleaner. I missed having an in room microwave and fridge.

Location! Awesome view of the lake.
The dirty bed sheets!

This hotel had awesome location right on the lake. Nice view all around, but like many reviewers said, the sheets were all yellowed and stained. I think getting rid of them would be a small investment to keep guests happy. ...read more

The front desk staff.
The original room was a 1 star.

Hotel is in a great location. They have several level of rooms. We signed up for 2.5 star and were given a 1 star room. Basic roon. Cleanliness of linens was terrible. We asked to move and they gave us a well appointed suite which was a 2.5-3 start room. Front desk staff nice. Breakfast is included but is basic bread and coffee. Right accross the street from the lake which is beautiful and 2 short blocks to casinos. ...read more

Nothing.

Filthy, dirty, stinky, in need of repairs and maintenance, nothing compared to a Comfort Inn. Broken glass lamps in room, outlets taped to the wall, cracked ceilings, cob webs, dirty in the corners, and the carpets hadn't been vacuumed in ages, cereal and dirt along the edges. I took pictures to prove the condition of the room. ...read more

Location
Dirty, older, run down hotel.

The staff were very accommodating. My elderly parents and I looked at 6 rooms before we found one that was kinda clean and had a working heater. The room we stayed in was OK but the balcony had 2x4 blocking the balcony because of structural damage. Would not stay at this hotel again. ...read more
